Installation precautions


Precautions for pump installation and piping


When connecting the drive shaft and the pump shaft, please use a coupling with good elasticity to avoid increasing the lateral load of the pump shaft.


The error between the front end of the pump axis and the drive shaft shall be less than 0.05mm, and the angle error shall be within 1 °.


The combined length of the coupling and the pump shaft shall be at least more than two-thirds of the total length of the coupling.


The foot base connecting the pump to the motor shall have sufficient strength.


The pressure at the suction side of the pump is above - 0.03MPa (the flow velocity at the suction hole is within 2m/sec).


A small section of the oil return pipe shall be pulled above the top of the pump, and the oil return part shall be separately connected to the oil tank, and the oil return back pressure shall be below 0.1MPa, as shown in the following table.

Please install the pump shaft horizontally.


To avoid noise and vibration, please use rubber tube.


Management of hydraulic oil


Use hydraulic oil with good quality and viscosity within the range of 0~200 ㎜/s, and use oil products with the same quality as R&O wear resistant ISO VG32~68. Optimal operation during operation


The viscosity range is 20~50 ㎜/s.


The operating temperature range is 5~60 ℃. If the oil temperature is below 5 ℃ during startup, please operate at low pressure and low speed to raise the oil temperature above 5 ℃.


Please use a filter density of 100 for the oil suction screen μ M (150 meshes).


The pollution degree of hydraulic oil shall be managed below NAS10.


Please keep the ambient temperature at 0~60 ℃.


Precautions during starting


Before starting the pump, please fill clean hydraulic oil into the oil filling port until the pump is filled

When starting the motor by Y-data (△), please note that the circuit must be unloaded. Please consult about the circuit.


Please confirm whether the rotation direction of the pump is consistent with the arrow number indicating the direction.


If air is mixed in the pump and pipeline, it will generate noise and vibration. Therefore, during starting, the pump discharge side will repeatedly perform the "start stop" action under no-load condition to exhaust air.


For the circuit design with difficult exhaust during starting, please install air check valve.


Pressure. Setting method of discharge volume


When leaving the factory, the pump discharge is set at the maximum and the set pressure is set at the minimum. Please adjust the setting of discharge volume and discharge pressure by yourself according to different use conditions.
